For the sixth consecutive year, the Murray State University Horticulture Judging Team won first place overall at the Southern Region American Society for Horticultural Science Division
The Murray State News won 45 awards, including first place in its division and College Journalist of the Year, at the Kentucky Press Association (KPA) convention Jan. 24 in Lexington, Kentucky.
Madisyn Ransey, a recent Murray State University elementary education graduate from Murray, Kentucky, and Katelyn Gardner, a junior middle school education major from Erlanger, Kentucky, are the recipients of the 2024 Kentucky Education Association’s (KEA) Read Across America grant.
