Student Organization Registration
Registration Requirements and Guidelines
In order to ensure your Student Organization is recognized as registered, please complete the following online registration process. This also includes printing and filling out the registration forms located below. Completed forms must be turned into the Center for Student Involvement.
Please use the following checklist to confirm that your registration is complete. All items need to be completed by September 12, 2016 at 4:00 PM to be considered a Registered Student Organization.
- Online registration form
- Advisory Support Statement
- Officer Acknowledgement form
- Resource Center form
- Confirm that you have an updated Constitution filed
