Explain the objectives and goals of the HBS FIRST II project;
Develop faculty understanding of inquiry-based teaching/learning
through active engagement in inquiry-based activities;
Initiate development of action plans for reforming science
teaching and curricula at team institutions;
Develop faculty understanding of the process and importance of
assessment in relation to effective learning/teaching;
Provide participants with resources about teaching and learning;
and
Build connections between the HBS mentor team and institutional
teams and among the team members.
