Elizabeth is the talent development and communication platform strategy leader for Omnicom Group's global network, DAS Group of Companies. She is charged with creating online and offline communications platforms for best practices and idea sharing to leverage assets and drive collaboration. Elizabeth is the point person for all talent initiatives and services across Omnicom including internship programs, outsourcing, legal talent issues and global employee engagement surveys, reporting and action plans. She has developed and managed digital tools and is the strategic content lead for Omnicom's global intranet: OmnicomLink.

HR Specialist - Ketchum Chicago

Amanda is currently the HR Specialist for Ketchum in Chicago. She has been with Ketchum for over a year now, with a focus on generalist duties. She is responsible for overseeing the internship and summer fellowship program as well as all facets of recruiting. Prior to Ketchum, Amanda has 3 years of HR/recruiting experience. Amanda graduated from Florida State University with a major in Finance.

Dr. Robert O. Davies  /  

President - Murray State University

Dr. Robert O. Davies was selected to be Murray State University's 13th president on March 12, 2014. His official duties began at the University on July 14, 2014.

Most recently, Davies had served as the president of Eastern Oregon University in La Grande. He was vice president for university relations at Indiana University of Pennsylvania prior to accepting the presidency at Eastern Oregon in 2009. Before that he was the associate vice president for alumni relations and development at the State University of New York at Buffalo and executive director of the alumni association at Boise State University in Idaho. Davies' first position in higher education was at the University of Nevada, Reno as the director of annual giving and the assistant director of alumni relations.

As president of Eastern Oregon University, Davies successfully lobbied for state funding, implemented a strategic plan and played a leadership role in the formulation of the university's first significant capital campaign, which increased the endowment by 25 percent. He also oversaw the university's accreditation status reaffirmed from a probationary standing prior to his arrival and initiated a 10-year master campus planning effort. Davies implemented and strengthened a vibrant model of shared governance. During his tenure at Eastern Oregon he oversaw increased enrollment, retention and graduation rates to the highest levels in the university's history.

Davies received his Ph.D. in higher education administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2005. He earned his M.B.A. in finance and marketing in 1991 from the University of Oregon and his B.S. in management at the University of Nevada in Reno in 1989. Davies received the Higher Education Leadership certificate from the Institute for Educational Management at Harvard University in 2007. He also attended Harvard's Seminar for New Presidents in 2009.

Davies has authored numerous papers and has given many presentations throughout the country on university leadership in subjects as diverse as the college cost crisis, advancement, nontraditional alumni and students, strategy development in higher education and academic master planning, and financial management.

He has served on a wide-ranging number of university committees throughout his career and has been active in community service. Davies holds memberships and has served on boards and committees in several professional associations including the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, the Association of American State Colleges and Universities, and the American Council on Education.

Davies is married to Cindy Davies and they are the proud parents of one child - Katie.

Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - FleishmanHillard St. Louis

Liz Dreyer joined FleishmanHillard in August 2015, and is currently a Senior Manager with the Talent Development group. Her primary responsibility is to provide recruiting and staffing support for various practice groups throughout FleishmanHillard's global network, specifically within the Central Region and the MIS and Accounting/Finance teams.

Ms. Dreyer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McKendree University in Lebanon, Ill.

Vice President, Marketing and Outreach - Murray State University

Dr. King received her bachelor's degree in Advertising/Public Relations and Graphic Design from Marietta College in Ohio, her M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and her Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from West Virginia University. She was appointed as the Vice President of Marketing and Outreach at Murray State University in September 2015. Prior to her appointment at Murray State, she held administrative positions in marketing communications, serving as the university spokesperson at Idaho State University, West Virginia University Institute of Technology and University of Charleston.

Katie Mantooth  /  

Internship Coordinator - Murray State University

Katie Mantooth builds internship partnerships locally, statewide and nationally and coaches students in finding and applying to internships. She coaches students in developing resume/cover letter writing and interview skills; implementing effective job search and professional branding strategies as well as with the career development and job search processes. She is also the Peace Corps Prep coordinator. Katie graduated from the University of South Carolina with a master's in student personnel services and from Queens University of Charlotte with a bachelor's in corporate communications. Outside the office, Katie is involved in her church's choir and women's ministry; enjoys time with her husband, Dr. Jamie Mantooth, and three children; and can often be found painting, crafting or running.

Senior Digital Analyst - Horizon Media, Inc.

Brandon Orr, from Murray, KY, graduated in May 2013 and entered into the Omnicom internship program via Merkley & Partners. Orr now serves as senior analyst across the Arts & Entertainment Network (A&E, History Channel, Lifetime and FYI) at Horizon Media in NYC. He specializes in data collection and optimization strategies for all digital media buys. His portfolio also includes work across Mercedes-Benz, smart car, MB Vans, TEVA, Advanced Automotive Group, Zonnic, Sun products and Ad Council. While at his time on campus, Orr served many organizations including PRSSA, Bateman Group, Alpha Kappa Psi and The Murray State News.

Implementation Vice President - BurrellesLuce

Tressa Robbins (@tressalynne) brought several years of diversified business, communications, and public relations experience when she joined BurrellesLuce in 1998. She has since applied her extensive marketing, PR and sales know-how, reinforcing BurrellesLuce's coveted position among PR professionals. In her current role as Implementation Vice President, Robbins works with major accounts to ensure successful onboarding and perform web portal training on media outreach, press release distribution, social media, press clipping/media monitoring, reporting/analytics, as well as consults clients on industry best practices. She has long been active in public relations and regional business groups, including the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) currently serving as Programming Co-Chair and national voting delegate for the St. Louis Chapter. Previously, she served as the 2015 PRSA Midwest District Conference Chair, numerous other roles for the St. Louis chapter, and on the Marketing/PR Committee for Fair Saint Louis (one of the nation's largest 4th of July celebrations) for several years. She mentors students involved in Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) and serves as professional advisor to the Southeast Missouri State University PRSSA chapter. In addition, she has been a frequent-and widely followed-commentator on media relations and social media for Fresh Ideas, the BurrellesLuce blog, and guest contributor to myriad other blogs.
