Current Campus Update

November 22, 2021

Good Morning,

As we complete the Fall 2021 semester and prepare for the Spring 2022 semester, we want to continue to provide a thank you and an incentive to receive your COVID-19 vaccination.  Let's all do our part to keep our campus safe and healthy.

Students that upload their COVID-19 vaccination card beginning today, even if they have just one vaccine dose or both, will be entered into a drawing to win a $2,500 scholarship.

Additionally, all students that have previously uploaded their vaccination card since August 1, 2021 will be entered into a separate drawing to win a $2,500 scholarship. Both scholarship awards will be drawn on December 1.

Faculty and staff that upload their COVID-19 vaccination card beginning today, even if they have just one vaccine dose or both, will be entered into a drawing to win a $2,500 award.

Additionally, all faculty and staff that have previously uploaded their vaccination card since August 1, 2021 will be entered into a separate drawing to win a $2,500 award. Both will be drawn on December 1 and taxed when paid through payroll.

As a reminder, vaccination cards must be uploaded through myGate to be eligible for these reward opportunities.

Please visit our Vaccine Rewards Program site for more information about these incentives.  If you have any questions, please contact Human Resources at msu.hr@murraystate.edu or 270.809.2146.
