Horticulture
Agricultural Science - Horticulture Track
Plants make our everyday lives better. And our horticulture program makes them your main focus. Murray State’s professors will teach out about the many aspects of the field, from sustainable landscape to floriculture to food production. Plus, they’ll encourage you to participate in undergraduate research projects so you can really dig in and get your hands dirty. The program is centered around the Pullen Farm Complex, which includes the Arboretum at Murray State, three computer-controlled greenhouses, an outdoor nursery and an apiary and pollinator habitat.
