Racer Nation Orientation registration open for incoming freshmen and transfer students

MURRAY, Ky. — Murray State University’s Racer Nation Orientation sessions are open for fall 2022 incoming freshmen and transfer students at murraystate.edu/orientation. 

A required event, Racer Nation Orientation provides new students the opportunity to register for classes, order their Racer Book Bundle, meet faculty, staff and students, receive their student ID card as well as meet fellow incoming students through a variety of special programs and activities. Additional programming will be offered for parents and family members. 

 

 

The full Racer Nation Orientation schedule is as follows:

• • • Session 1 Friday, April 15*

    • Session 2 Saturday, April 16

    • Session 3 Thursday, June 2

    • Session 4 Saturday, June 4

    • Session 5 Wednesday, June 15

    • Session 6 Friday, June 17

    • Session 7 Thursday, July 7

    • Session 8 Thursday, August 4

*students must apply and be admitted into the Honors College to attend this session

 

Students who have registered for Racer Nation Orientation by March 1 will be entered to win the following:

• • • $200 value 2022-2023 Parking Pass Scholarship 

    • $500 University Bookstore Scholarship

    • $1,000 Meal Plan Scholarship

    • $1,000 University Housing Scholarship
