New Mein Bowl to hold grand opening Jan. 16

Racer community and general public invited for fun, door prizes and giveaways
MURRAY, Ky. – The new Mein Bowl restaurant at Murray State University will hold a grand opening celebration on Tuesday, Jan. 16 starting at 10:15 a.m. in the Curris Center.
The eatery invites guests for a day of door prizes and giveaways.
Individuals are encouraged to continue to follow Racer Dining on Facebook, X/Twitter and Instagram (@racerdining) ahead of the grand opening for updates and sneak peeks.
The restaurant, located on the second floor of the Curris Center, serves the campus community and the general public from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday. Mein Bowl offers healthy, fresh, made-to-order Asian cuisine, with menu items such as General Tso's Chicken, Flash Fried Thai Tofu, Hissho Sushi and more.
Parking for the public is available at visitor spaces in the Curris Center parking lot, with no registration required.
