Dr. Cemil Kuzey earns three prestigious accolades

MURRAY, Ky. — Dr. Cemil Kuzey, professor of information systems in Murray State University’s Department of Computer Science and Information Systems, has won the 2024 Outstanding Arthur J. Bauernfeind College of Business (AJB-COB) Professor Published Articles Award and the 2024 Outstanding AJB-COB Journal Article Award.

Kuzey was also notified that he is ranked #740 in the United States among Best Business and Management Scientists in the United States according to Research.com.

“I’m truly honored to receive these recognitions,” said Kuzey. “This achievement reflects the unwavering support of Murray State University, the Arthur J. Bauernfeind College of Business, my colleagues, students and family. I’m grateful to be part of a community that values and supports meaningful scholarship.”

Kuzey has been with Murray State for eight years. He holds a doctorate in business administration and quantitative methods from Istanbul University, a master’s degree in mathematics from Fatih University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Ondokuz Mayis University.
