Murray State honors qualifying men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces with a new initiative to support active duty military students earning their degree with little or no out-of-pocket cost. As the US News 9th ranked Best College for Veterans for 2022-23, Murray State University continues to honor our military service members. 

Murray State offers the following discounts to members of the military who are using Tuition Assistance:

• Free textbooks
• Waived course fees, online fees and graduation fees
• Waived tuition costs not covered by Department of Defense (federal) Tuition Assistance program. (*Some graduate and doctoral programs excluded.)
• Free admission application ($40 savings)
