What is online orientation?

The college experience at Murray State begins with Summer Orientation. Summer O has been designed to assist you in developing an understanding about the transition you will make to your collegiate environment and to enhance your success in college.

As a precautionary measure to protect future Racers and their families, Murray State is moving the 2020 Summer Orientation to an online format.

What does an online orientation look like?

Two weeks prior to your registered session, you will be emailed a link to get you started.  This email will be sent to the student email address associated with their Summer O registration.

This is a four-part experience:

  1. Online Orientation Modules
  2. Advising and Course Registration
  3. Day of Orientation Sessions
  4. August Welcome Events
