Position Analysis Process

Recent changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) require organizations to review position classification to determine overtime eligibility. Murray State University must be in compliance with these regulations by December 1, 2016. In order to determine the appropriate classification of positions under FLSA, Murray State is reviewing all positions currently classified as exempt from overtime through the position analysis process.
