Breakfast on the Farm

In partnership between the Hutson School of Agriculture and the Murray-Calloway County Chamber of Commerce, you are invited to enjoy the inaugural Breakfast on the Farm.

Breakfast will feature Kentucky proud products that are locally grown and sourced, catered by Sodexo. Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner, Dr. Ryan Quarles, will serve as the keynote speaker.

The Breakfast on the Farm will be at The Arboretum at Murray State located on the Pullen Farm. This was the family farm of the founder of Murray State Agriculture, Mr. Stanley Pullen, and his wife, Mable. They gifted it to the University in 1995.

Agriculture awards will be presented such as the Mable Pullen Woman in Agriculture, Friend of Agriculture, Arboretum Hall of Fame, Outstanding FFA Member, and others.

Funds raised through the Murray State registration will go back to the provided needed support to help continue progress at The Arboretum.

12th Annual A Taste of the Arts

Murray State University and the College of Humanities and Fine Arts invite you to our 12th annual A Taste of the Arts dinner on October 21 at 5:30 p.m. in the Murray Room of the CFSB Center.

The event, sponsored by FNB Bank, showcases and supports the talents of Murray State art & design, music and theatre arts students.

Cocktails will be served beginning at 5:30 p.m. and dinner service will begin promptly at 6 p.m.
