How Campus Visits are Being Affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Beginning March 23, 2020 Murray State University has cancelled all on-campus visits, local high school visits, and special events as a precautionary measure to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 exposure to our university community and prospective students.

As an alternative, we would like to invite you to register for a Virtual Campus Visit. We can offer you one-on-one meetings via phone or Zoom meetings. Virtual visits are available Monday thru Friday at 9:00, 10:00 & 11:00 am and at 1:00, 2:00 & 3:00 pm. For more information and to schedule your virtual campus visit, see the information below. Appointments outside of the appointed times can also be made.

Zoom Meetings

You do not have to have a Zoom account to attend a Zoom meeting. You will be prompted to download the software, once you have clicked on the link that you have been provided. You may also wish to create an account, but that is not required to participate in a Zoom meeting.

If you do not wish to have an account, all you’ll need to do to participate is click on the link that your contact will send to you via an email invitation.

You will need a phone, computer or device with a webcam and microphone to participate in a Zoom session.

For more information regarding Zoom Meetings, click here to view our Participant Guide.

Phone Meetings

Don’t want to Zoom?  That fine, simply give us your information and we will be happy to call you. Simply put your preferred type of communication in the “Special Assistance Needed/Comments” field.
