Welcome to Station 74 at Murray State University
Murray State has acquired Station 74 as part of our on-campus housing option. This expansion offers upperclassmen a new apartment-style living experience with the flexibilty to include housing cost in your scholarship award.
Station 74 is located at 1515 Lowes Drive, north of 16th Street. This is a complex of seven (7) buildings with seventy-four (74) apartment made up of two (2) and four (4) bedroom apartments. All bedrooms have a private bathroom attached. Students over the age of 21 year olds will be given first preference.

- Bedrooms furnished with: full size bed, desk, desk chair, dresser built-in closet, and full bathroom with shower/tub
- Living Room furnished with: couch, accent chair, coffee table, and TV stand
- Washer and Dryer in Apartment
- Kitchen furnished with: dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, garbage disposal, and stool(s)
2 Bedroom Apartment Amenities
- Bedrooms furnished with: full size bed, desk, desk chair, dresser built-in closet, and full bathroom with shower/tub

Frequently Asked Questions
Station 74 has two styles of apartments, 2 or 4 bedroom apartments. All bedrooms have
a private bathroom attached. Students over the age of 21 year olds will be given first
preference.
Students desiring to apply for Station 74 must complete the Housing Applicaiton available
on their myGate account.
All students parking at Station 74 are required to purchase a parking pass. Please
visit Murray State Parking Office for more details.
Station 74 does not have a regular dumpster, instead we have a trash compactor. The
trash compactor is located within a black fence next to a white shed by Los Portales/100
block. Please adhere to the following:
- Use the green handle to open the door to the trash compactor.
- There is no top opening to the trash compactor so please don’t throw trash ontop of the trash compactor.
- Make sure the door is closed properly, you should here a metallic click.
- The trash compactor will only activate after it has been closed properly after 3 times.
- If the trash compactor is not operating properly please let the front desk know.
All residents will receive an email for a link to access the Station 74 Resident WiFi.
