Note to On-Campus Users: For your convenience, the Curris Center now offers online scheduling for meeting spaces, guest rooms, theater, concourses and lounge areas. The EMS Web App is an easy-to-use online scheduling system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can request space at your convenience. We offer this in hopes that it will become a valuable tool to you. To begin using the EMS Web App, click here to visit our online scheduling system , please call Debbie at 270-809-6985 to request a username and password. (Ballroom reservations will not be available at this time through the web app.) This system is available for on-campus users only.
Within the past year, the Curris Center introduced online room scheduling to the on-campus community using the EMS Web App. The Web App provides users an easy way to book guestrooms, meeting spaces, and info/sales tables at their convenience. Beginning Spring 2018 semester, we are asking student organizations to designate at least 2 or 3 members to request a login username/password and serve as the organization's primary contact for scheduling rooms. Those designated members will be responsible for submitting all reservations on behalf of their organization. Ballroom reservations will not be available through the Web App. Those will still be made by calling the Curris Center Office at 270-809-6985. Reservations are still accepted up to one year in advance.
