Conversation Tables

Are you a language student looking for practice, an international student who needs a taste of home, or a community or university member who wants to brush up on old skills? Please come visit our conversation tables, where professors, students, and members of the Murray community meet to practice conversation skills in five different languages. Here's our schedule for Fall 2019:

  • French Table meets Mondays from 3:30-5:00 in Faculty Hall 403. Contact Dr. Thérèse Saint Paul for more information.
  • Japanese Table meets Mondays from 5:00-6:00 in the Curris Center (Mississippi Room). Contact Dr. LeRon Harrison or Yoko Hatakeyama for more information.
  • Spanish Tertulias por la tarde meets Wednesdays from 3:00-4:00 in the Waterfield Library Gallery (except for November 13 and December 4, when it meets on the second floor of the Curris Center, outside the T-Room).
