Admissions

The requirements outlined below qualify applicants for consideration, but do not guarantee admission. Admission is granted on a competitive basis. Admission is not based on one factor, rather a combination of the applicant’s academic record and application materials.

Higher Education and Student Affairs - Admission
Requirements

• Application for admission to Murray State graduate school
• Google Form Application for admission to the Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs Degree Program - The application can be completed online via Google Forms, or alternatively completed using the PDF Application for admission to the Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs Degree Program. One of these applications must be submitted with other required admissions documents (e.g. letters, writing samples).
• Two writing samples detailed on the program application
• Three letters of recommendation
• Interview (if necessary)

Certificate Programs - Admission Requirements

• Application for admission to Murray State graduate school
• Google Form Application for admission to Certificate Programs - The application can be completed online via Google Forms, or alternatively completed using the PDF Application for admission to Certificate Programs. One of these applications must be submitted with other required admissions documents (e.g. letter of intent, resume).
