Being financially literate about school loans, paying for school, managing debt and managing credit, to name only a few topics, adds to a person’s overall positive mental health. If a person is smart about how they manage their money, financial stress can be reduced as a contributing factor to their overall stress and mental health.

Below are some of the courses are staff have enjoyed completing in iGrad:

Creating a budget (and sticking to it) (15 minutes): In this course, you will learn how to create a budget, and how to use it in building smart spending habits.

We will offer iGrad to alumni and families later this fall 2021 or in early spring 2022. Our initial roll out is for our currently enrolled Racers but do plan to share the good content with our alumni and families.
