Delivery – Restrictions and Requirements
Transcripts are sent by first class mail. Certain users of transcripts, such as college admissions offices, require that transcripts be mailed directly to them and refuse hand-carried transcripts. Some users require validated envelopes (signed and sealed), which we provide if initially requested. Any additions/changes after delivery will require a new request and fee payment. We do fax (see Transcript Fee section above) unofficial copies of academic records for students transferring to another school in the United States for admission purposes only, in addition to mailing official transcripts. We do NOT fax internationally.
Processing Delays
If requested in writing, processing may be delayed until current semester grades and/or degrees are posted. Transcripts will not be processed if there is a university hold on student’s records (i.e. financial hold, incomplete admissions, etc.).
