Facilities Finance and Administration
The Facilities Finance and Administration Division is comprised of skilled staff members who provide essential internal services to each of the divisions in the Department for Facilities Management. The division serves as the central financial unit in the department. It meets the needs of both internal and external customers through budget development, financial management, and financial reporting, as well as performing various administrative functions of the department.
The Warehouse staff is responsible for receiving, transporting, shipping and maintaining stock and the issuance of warehouse materials and equipment to Facilities Management and other University employees. It also designs and produces campus signs, including name plates and badges. Sign requests can be faxed to 809-6270.
Work Order Requests
The AiM work order system is the tool used to process requests for services and to record the materials and labor for the department’s activities. A large portion of the work orders are charged to internal accounts or building cost centers to accurately report the operations and maintenance of the University's state supported buildings, grounds and programs. The remaining work orders are charged on a reimbursable basis to the self-supporting auxiliary enterprises and non-state funded activities.
