Preliminary Report to the Board of Regents

The AJB-COB Budget Planning and Review Team met on Friday, Sept. 14, 2012 from 1-3. Regent Rose attended as well. From that meeting, we set forth the themes of: Academic program review via the matrix agreed upon in the dean’s meetings; and Be visionary in minimizing red ink and maximizing black ink. Discussion followed. More data will be forthcoming for the team as the chairs/faculty work on the respective academic program reviews. Communication will continue electronically. Next meeting time is Friday, Oct. 19, 1-3, Harrison Conference Room in the Bauernfeind College of Business. Deliverables at this meeting will be the respective academic program reviews. From that, discussion will commence.
