Dr. Donna K. Crouch, director of Career and Technical Education and assistant professor at Murray State University, has been named the 2026 Kentucky Career and Technical Education Teacher Educator of the Year by the Kentucky Association for Career and Technical Education.

Dr. Ben Littlepage named chair of Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System Board of Trustees
Dr. Ben Littlepage, professor in the Department of Educational Studies, Leadership and Counseling at Murray State University, has been elected chair of the Board of Trustees for the Teachers' Retirement System of the State of Kentucky (TRS), placing him at the helm of one of the nation's strongest public pension systems serving Kentucky's public educators.
