The Office for Student Organizations recognizes student organizations through a yearly registration process. Registered groups are provided with on-going communication that keeps them up to date on important information and supplies details about events in which members can be involved. The Office for Student Organizations also provides resources through the Resource Center and meets with organization members who need assistance in maintaining their organization. Students looking to get involved can also visit the office, website and information tables to find out information on what opportunities are available to them.
Murray State offers many leadership opportunities through involvement in any of the 200 student organizations on campus. One of the services provided by the Student Organizations Office is maintaining a registered student organization directory. In the directory you will find all the registered student organizations on campus listed by category or alphabetically; included will be the organizations purpose statement and contact information. Feel free to email the organizations with your questions.
