Racer Life Revolution: Learn, Change, Thrive
This program is a great opportunity to learn ways to decrease stress in your life so that you can be the healthiest, happiest version of yourself. The skills taught and discussed at Racer Life Revolution will also help you succeed in your academic endeavors. Come to one or all of the sessions and experience a relaxed atmosphere where you can learn and discuss new ways to improve your well-being.
