Routing a proposal or contract for signature and approval
The lead time necessary to allow for the routing and signature approval process of the University is five (5) working days. This window begins when the proposal or contract is completed and delivered to the OSP after the project director has obtained the appropriate signatures from the Chair/Unit Director and Dean.
Presidential signature
All proposals and contracts must be signed by the President or his designee. The President is the only individual with empowered authority to legally bind the University to any agreement. The OSP will assist in obtaining the President's signature for all proposals or contracts.
