Why Live On Campus?
FOR STUDENTS CURRENTLY LIVING ON CAMPUS ONLY
+ Reserve Housing for Fall 2013
+ Cancel Housing for Fall 2013*
If you plan to live on-campus but would like a different room, roommate or college for fall 2013, please do the following:
Between April 2 - April 5: Request a room or roommate change in your CURRENT residence hall.
Submit your request in person from 10 am-2 pm on April 2 or April 5 at the Curris Center (2nd floor), or from 5-8pm on April 3 or April 4 at Winslow Dining Hall.
Between April 10 @ 10am - April 15 @ 12pm: Submit an on-line college-to-college move request with a new or current roommate
College-to-College Move Request - Please note that submitting your college-to-college move request DOES NOT guarantee you a space in a different residence hall. In the event that we are unable to grant your room change request, please reserve your present room to ensure that you have a space reserved for the fall semester.
Current Residents of Hester College
Representatives from the Housing Office will be available in the front lobby of Hester Hall on Monday, April 8 and Tuesday, April 9 from 10am-2pm to assist you in reserving your space beginning in the fall 2013 semester. Current Hester residents will be housed in Old Richmond Hall for the fall 2013 and spring 2014 semesters. Rooms in Franklin (for males only) and Springer (for females only) will also be utilized if needed. Hester residents DO NOT need to attend an in-college move request session (April 2-April 5). Hester residents MUST still complete the Room Reservation Form in order to continue to live on campus.
