  • Place your order two weeks before your event.
  • Give us your guest count at least 3 days before your event.
  • Some menus/services have minimums. Check the menus, ask us if you get confused.
    To avoid additional charges:
  • Provide an accurate guest count.
  • Allow staff to clear at the designated time.
  • If you must cancel, notify us at least 72 hours before your event.

    Tip: Registered student organizations can book rooms for FREE, as long as the event isn't a revenue-producing program. Curris Center 270.809.6985
