T'Room Menus

Located on the second floor of the Curris Center, just over the bridge from the residential colleges, the T'Room (short for Thoroughbred Room) is the second largest dining venue on campus.  Open for breakfast and lunch Monday - Friday, it's the perfect place to squeeze in a full and hearty meal before, between or after classes.  Options include a full salad bar, cook-to-order grill, and a lunch hot line changing everyday, but always featuring a "home-cooked" menu.

A vegetarian dish is always featured and it's creative and tasty enough to turn even meatiest of meat lovers into an occasional flexitarian.

Those with food allergies should fear not, special meal services are available.  Contact winslow.nutrition@murraystate.edu.

The T'Room and the environment

In the circle of life, the T'Room takes pride in its place.  Coffee grounds and filters along with fruit and vegetable trimmings from the restaurant go the Dining Services-run sustainable garden at Pullen Farm (which is part of Murray State's campus). There the scraps saved from the public landfill become rich compost to nourish the farm produce which makes its way back to the Dining Services, never seeing a single drop of chemical fertilizer nor pesticide.
