Initiated, developed, and directed the Driver Education for the Handicapped Program at the University of Wisconsin-Stout.  The program reached approximately 525 physically challenged people throughout the Upper Midwest. Also, over 350 in-service instructors were taught in the teacher preparation course in Driver Education for the Handicapped. In addition, many Vocational Rehabilitation majors and Special Education students took the course as an elective, 1974 - 1986.

Invited by Technological Institute of Costa Rica through U.S. Information Agency to take part in Academic Specialist Program; consulted with Technological Institute of Costa Rica and provided workshops and seminars for occupational safety and health professionals, Fall 1994.
