Site Supervision Information
Supervision
Welcome potential site supervisors! We are excited that you have visited
this site and hope that the information contained will aid in your
decision to become a site supervisor for the Counseling Program at
Murray State University. Without site supervisors, we would not be able
to provide our Counselors-in-Training with the necessary training
opportunities to become competent and effective counselors. The Supervisor Manual
outlines the roles, duties, and responsibilities of the site
supervisors, supervisees, and faculty supervisors. You will also find
the Supervision Training.
All site supervisors are now required to either attend supervision
training or complete the online training per the Council for
Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP)
criteria. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please do not
hesitate to contact me.
