Winslow Dining Options

Winslow Dining offers many choices for those interested in following a healthy eating regiment:

  • Steamed vegetables daily at Salt & Pepper;
  • Always a lean meat available during lunch and dinner at Salt & Pepper;
  • Mongolian Grill allows you to customize your dinner meal-select from a wide array of fresh vegetables, beans, and brown rice. Have your meal prepared with or without meat;
  • Bountiful salad bar, loaded with fresh vegetables and beans. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar are available in addition to regular and low-fat/fat-free dressings;
  • Deli sandwiches made-to-order, with healthy choices like wheat or grain bread, turkey, and vegetables;
  • Whole grain side salads available daily(except Sundays);
  • Fresh fruit is always available;
  • We use only olive oil and canola oil in our cooking and are trans-fat-free in our food preparation;
  • Yogurt and low-fat cottage cheese everyday at breakfast.
