The Department of Biological Sciences in cooperation with the Department of Chemistry offers an optional concentration in molecular biology leading to a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. The suggested course of study is as follows:

*Students entering Murray State University with a mathematics ACT score of less than 26 must earn a passing grade in MAT 150 (Algebra and Trigonometry) before attempting MAT 250 (Caluculus and Analytic Geometry 1).
