On July 1, 2014, the blending of the College of Education with the Department of Community Leadership and Human Services and with the Center for Communication Disorders became a reality.  This is an exciting time as we move ahead with new colleagues, an expanded array of disciplines, and so many enhancements to offer our students.  Located in Alexander Hall, the Carr Health Building, and Applied Science (South), this College will have a large footprint on campus.

The new College represents an outstanding blending of the best of the best in both formal and non-formal education programs.  From elementary education to nonprofit leadership studies, from principal preparation to social work, from interdisciplinary early childhood education to communication disorders, from environmental education to recreation and leisure services, from school counseling to criminal justice (to name only a few), this College will have so much to offer our students and community.  This synergy will yield an abundance of remarkable offerings for our students and we are truly excited about what lies ahead!

We invite you to visit this web site for additional information about all of our programs or to arrange a personal visit with faculty in Alexander Hall, Carr Health, and Applied Science (South).  Let us help you to get to know us better!
