The Registrar's Office is excited about our new degree audit program - Degree Works!
Beginning in Fall 2013, students will be able to view their RACR (Racer Academic Completion Report) online through their student myGate account. This new report will assist students in selecting their class schedule and measuring their progress towards degree completion. It will be available to any undergraduate student who is actively pursuing a degree under the 2009-2011, 2011-2013 or 2013-2014 Murray State Bulletin. PHASE I
Catalog "Scribe" (Programming):
2011-2013 Bulletin = completed
2009-2011 Bulletin = beginning in March
2013-2014 Bulletin = beginning in June
PHASE II
"Scribe" (Programming) Validation:
Arthur J. Bauernfeind College of Business = completed
College of Health Sciences and Human Services = completed
School of Nursing = completed
Continuing Education and Academic Outreach = completed
College of Humanities and Fine Arts = completed
College of Science, Engineering and Technology = in progress
Hutson School of Agriculture = pending February
College of Education = pending February
PHASE III
Departmental Web Review
Beginning in February/March, we will contact liaisons to set up meetings for department "super users" to come in

PHASE IV
Training
Departmental training will be set up by request for faculty/staff who are interested in receiving advanced training during the summer (May - July). Other training will be scheduled in August and September 2013. Contact msu.racr@murraystate.edu for more information regarding training.

Our panned Go Live will be prior to advanced scheduling for Winter 2013/Spring 2014
