How do I order transcripts?
Effective June 1, 2014: ALL transcript request(s) must be made online HERE.


Is there a charge?
Yes. Currently the fee for transcripts to be mailed is $8.00 each. The cost is $10.00 for a transcript to be faxed (faxed transcripts are UNOFFICIAL). An additional fee of $2.25 is charged per location for using this on-line service. Payment may be made by most major credit cards or your personal debit card.


Can you send my transcripts immediately?
Ordering transcripts using our current online service has decreased the turn around time for processing. NOW: Normal processing time is 1 to 2 business days after receipt of request, as long as you do not have any holds on your academic record. During peak periods, such as grade processing for the semester may add processing time due to the quantity of requests.


How long does it take to receive my transcript?

Normal processing time is 1 to 2 business days after receipt of request. Allow appropriate time for postal delivery.


Can you e-mail or fax my transcripts?

We do not e-mail transcripts at this time. Transcripts are sent by first class mail and/or fax, however a faxed transcript is an "unofficial transcript." Certain users of transcripts, such as college admissions offices, require that transcripts be mailed directly to them and refuse hand-carried transcripts. Some users require validated envelopes (signed and sealed), which we provide if initially requested. Any additions/changes after delivery will require a new request and fee payment. We do not fax "official" transcripts. We do fax unofficial copies of academic records for students transferring to another school in the United States for admission purposes only, in addition to mailing official transcripts. We do NOT fax internationally.


May I order an "unofficial" transcript?
Because all academic transcripts are official, an "unofficial" transcript, may not be ordered. We will fax an unofficial copy of a transcript to US colleges and universities, when a student needs to facilitate the admission process. In addition, we mail the official transcript to the same institution as a follow-up for verification purposes. (See "Can you e-mail or fax my transcript?" above.)
