Request for Non-Release of Directory Information

The following items are considered to be directory information and, by law, can be released to anyone:
  • Name
  • Local and Permanent Addresses
  • E-Mail Address
  • Telephone Numbers
  • Areas/Majors/Minors
  • Photograph
  • Participation in Officially Recognized Activities and Sports
  • Weights and Heights of Athletes
  • Dates of Attendance
  • Degrees and Awards
  • Most Recent Previously Attended Institution
  • Classification
Any student who objects to the release of his/her directory information on file may request non-release of this information by submitting the request for non-release of directory information in person to the Registrar's Office. An ID with photograph is required.

This request will be honored and all of the information which the student requests to be withheld will be held confidential by the Registrar’s Office from the date the request is received, until the student enrolls in a subsequent term. The request for non-release of information must be completed each term the student is enrolled.

All questions regarding non-release of directory information should be sent to the Registrar's Office.
